Viraam & Relax being a mobile yoga service, you may have some questions for us. Below are some frequently asked questions and answers to them. If you have a question which is not covered below please get in touch.

How do I know which class is best for me?

If you’re after meditation or a relaxing practice, try out Yoga Nidra or Pause and Relax. If you’d like a more dynamic class try Vinyasa. This style can be taught at a medium pace or at a fast pace. The fast pace makes this practice stronger and more powerful. Take a look at the services page for a breakdown of all the classes offered. If you have an injury, a specific health concern or you may have any other questions, please contact me.

Before every class these are checked and if required, options and modifications are given. There are specific prenatal classes offered. For any questions, please get in touch.

How do I book one of the classes?

Submit your enquiry through the contact page. I will then contact you within 24 hours to confirm details.

Where are your classes held?

I offer a to-your-door service. I can come to your office, classrooms, community centres or gardens/parks also work well. Small groups, couples and individual sessions can be in-home. For groups of 11 or more wish to do yoga in a park, 72-hours notice is required. 

How far in advance do I need to register? 

One week. Please contact me if it is less than a week to confirm availability.

How do I pay? 

Viraam & Relax accepts bank transfers, PayID or in person by card or cash.

Do I need to pay in full? 

Upon booking, a deposit of 50% is required. The rest can be paid after class.

What’s your cancellation policy?

If paid in full and with at least 72 hours notice, 50% will be refunded. Deposits are non-refundable.

What equipment do you provide?

Viraam & Relax provides yoga mats, eye pillows and straps. You are most welcome to bring your own equipment.
